YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm. Through long-held, floor-based poses, Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues and encourages stillness in both body and mind.

Meet Nicky – Yoga Teacher
I found yoga during rehab for a knee injury, but it quickly became a deeper practice that brought calm, patience, and emotional strength. Breathwork has been a game changer—helping me manage anxiety and stay grounded, especially in my role as a funeral celebrant.
My teaching style shifts with the practice: energizing Vinyasa or quiet, reflective Yin. At Tribe, I lead REVIVE—a blend of flowing Yinyasa and longer-held Yin poses to restore balance and build strength.
I teach with passion, playfulness, and a deep love for the practice—and I can’t wait to share it with you.

MAT PILATES

Our Mat Pilates class is designed to help you build core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this low-impact, floor-based workout offers a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling energized and aligned.
