GROUP CLASS TRAINER
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part time Group Class Trainer/Coach to join our team.
As a trainer, you will be responsible for leading and coaching individuals in our group strength and conditioning classes. RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting functional fitness classes in a safe and effective manner. Demonstrating proper technique and form for all exercises. Motivating and encouraging members to reach their fitness goals. Maintaining a clean and organised workout space. QUALIFICATIONS: CrossFit Level 1 certification, or like group class qualification. Personal Training qualification (bonus but not necessary). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels. Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. This is a part time role requiring approx 3-7 hours each week or part thereof.
