HOW WE TRAIN

We are proud to be a Comptrain Gym!
Our program is thoughtfully designed by leading experts to provide you with a comprehensive workout experience that will encourage consistent engagement. This balanced approach supports long-term athleticism and well-being.

Each one-hour training session incorporates a diverse range of movements. Our philosophy emphasizes high-intensity workouts combined with functional exercises, as we believe this to be the most efficient and effective path to achieving your fitness goals. Recognizing that each individual has unique goals, we will consult with you to discuss how our classes can best support your specific objectives.

Every group session commences with a guided warm-up, followed by a well-structured workout led by a qualified trainer. If you are new to resistance training or exercise in general, we will ensure you begin at a level that presents a suitable challenge while remaining achievable. As you demonstrate safe movement and proficiency in fundamental movement patterns with sound technique, our trainers will guide you towards progressive advancement.

Frequently Asked Questions:

"Do I need to be fit before joining?" - Not at all. Our program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and our trainers will adapt workouts to meet your current capabilities.

"I have no experience with weightlifting." - Our trainers will instruct you on the fundamental movements as they are introduced in the sessions. With regular practice, you will develop proficiency in these exercises.

"I am currently managing an injury; should I refrain from training?" - We are committed to inclusivity and can accommodate a range of limitations, including injuries, neurodiversity, limited mobility, or chronic conditions. We firmly believe in the importance of movement for everyone and will modify or adapt exercises to address any challenges you may be facing.
